Access to and use of the www.mongarsson.fr website are subject to the following General Terms and Conditions of Use. The user acknowledges accepting these general conditions of use (the "GTU") without reservation from the first connection to the site wwww.mongarsson.fr.

The mere fact of accessing and using the site means that the user acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these T&Cs which apply, as well as the Privacy Policy.

As part of the online purchase of products offered for sale on the site, our General Conditions of Sale, available on the site, also apply to the user.

Mongarsson reserves the right to update and modify the TOS in whole or in part, at any time. These modifications commit the user as soon as they are put online. It is therefore recommended that the user regularly consult the T&Cs in order to be aware of the new updated conditions.

Our site wwww.mongarsson.fr is a free service, consisting of a merchant website allowing the user to find out about our products, our quality, our commitments and our know-how.

Use of the site

The site is for personal use only.

The user is prohibited, within the framework of the use of the site, from engaging in acts, of any nature whatsoever, which would undermine the Mongarsson rights. In particular, without this list being exhaustive, the user undertakes to respect the following rules:

In the event of a breach by a user of one or more of these rules, Mongarsson reserves the right to suspend and/or unilaterally terminate the user's registration. user to the site and/or to delete the disputed content and messages, temporarily or permanently, without any compensation.

Intellectual Property

You are authorized to consult, view, print and download the documents and information available on the Site only under the following conditions: (i) the documents and information cannot be used only for personal, non-exclusive purposes, for information and in a strictly private context, and (ii) the documents and information may not be modified in any way whatsoever.

Consulting the site does not imply any license or transfer of rights from Mongarsson to your benefit.

Failure to comply with the provisions set out above may constitute an infringement engaging the civil and/or criminal liability of its author and subject to legal proceedings.

Mongarsson can not be responsible for the content of websites unrelated to Mongarsson and the rules adopted by them regarding the protection of privacy and the processing of your data during navigation.

The trademarks of Mongarsson and its products as well as their logos cited on the site are trademarks registered by Mongarsson or their respective owners.

In accordance with French and international legislation on intellectual property, any reproduction and/or use without their consent is strictly prohibited.

Site access

Mongarsson will endeavor, as far as possible, to ensure that the user has access to the site at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Nevertheless, access to all or part of the site's services may be interrupted or suspended, temporarily or permanently, for the purposes of maintenance and/or corrective actions and/or in the event of difficulties related to electronic communications networks. /span>

Consequently, Mongarsson cannot be held responsible for interruptions and suspensions of access to the site, errors and bugs, the presence of viruses, or other computer infections, the fraudulent intrusion of a third party leading to a modification of the information made available on the technical site and, more generally, in the event of force majeure or an event outside its control as well as their consequences for the user and more generally for any damage, direct or indirect, whatever the causes, origins, nature or consequences, caused by reason of anyone's access to the site or the impossibility of access it, as well as the use of the site and/or the credit granted to any information coming directly or indirectly from the latter.

Dispute mediation

Any dispute between the user, regardless of location, and Mongarsson relating to the conclusion, interpretation, execution and/or validity of the T&Cs and /or relating to non-compliance by the user with any of the provisions of the T&Cs, which could not be settled amicably, will be brought before the consumer mediator.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code regarding "the consumer dispute mediation process", the Consumer has the right to use the mediation service offered by Mongarsson . The proposed consumer law mediator is OMBA
